Role Requirements
1. To service products as well as those of other manufacturers in line with company protocols and agreed service contracts.
2. To work to agreed scheduled visits and report progress to the office via Clik service management system daily.
3. Respond to reactive maintenance/repairs as required by the Service Manager.
4. Compile reports and time sheets and submit these to the office at the earliest opportunity.
5. Maintain vehicle and test equipment in line with manufacturer recommendations, keeping them clean and presentable always.
6. Be alert to the competition and report relevant information that may be of value to the Company.
7. Report recurring design problems for action by the technical team.
8. Maintain necessary vehicle stock to allow the primary role to be carried out efficiently.
9. To promote products, service facilities and spare parts wherever possible.
10. Stay up to date with legislation and standards to ensure that we can provide the client with a first-class service.
11. Always maintain standards of performance and discipline and protect the Company’s interests.
12. Uphold the Company Quality System and maintain all associated records.
Person Specifications
At least 1 year of industry exposure in laboratory environments
Ambitious, driven and keen to grow skill set and develop
Happy with travel
Being able to work in teams
Being able to work in changing environments and adapting accordingly

Salary dependant on experience
Company Van (for personal use)
Bonus (£500 per annuum)

25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
No on call
Optional overtime – 1.5x on Saturday, 2x Sunday
37 hours a week (door to door pay)
Up to £18K worth of training invested
