Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing GC-MS analytical instrumentation, ensuring optimal performance and resolving technical issues for customers in the UK and occasionally Europe(1-2 times a month)

Role Requirements
Travel to customer sites across the UK and occasionally Europe
Install and configure LECO instruments for their GC-MS product range
Perform routine maintenance and calibrations, installations for laboratories
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
Maintain detailed records of service activities.
Ensure instruments are operating correctly and efficiently.
Person Specifications
Experience with GC-MS, LCMS or HPLC is essential.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of analytical instrumentation.
Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel as needed.
Package
£40,000 – £50,000 basic
£2,000 annual bonus
