Role Overview
You will provide technical support and field service for immunodiagnostic instruments across the UK. Your performance will be measured by equipment uptime, customer satisfaction, and adherence to service standards.

Zenopa is partnering with a global leader in in vitro diagnostics (IVD). Our client is renowned for their immunodiagnostic and molecular diagnostic products, striving to maximize growth in sales while maintaining high standards of customer care and product quality.
Role Requirements
Provide phone-based support and respond to technical queries
Visit customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment
Perform preventative maintenance to corporate schedules
Support installation and decommissioning of systems and software upgrades
Manage a small UK-based parts stock and inventory processes
Person Specifications
Bachelor’s degree or HNC/HND in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a field service engineer in a medical laboratory environment
Full UK driving licence
Experience with robotics, industrial print, or liquid handling systems
Package
Base salary up to £47,000 depending on experience
Bonus up to 10% of base salary
Company car
Pension scheme – employer contributes up to 12%
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
