Service Engineer - HPLC/Immunology
Role Overview
You will provide maintenance and support for HPLC and immunology instruments, including installations, upgrades, training, and de-installations. Your role involves handling preventive maintenance, breakdown coverage, telephone support, field visits, and participating in a rotational hotline for customer assistance.

Role Requirements
Provide comprehensive maintenance and service for instrumentation and appropriate software.
Provide telephone assistance and field visits where and when required throughout the assigned region and when required throughout the UK.
Instrument installations for new accounts, upgrades, demonstrations, evaluations and basic operator training and de-installations.
Preventive maintenance visits and breakdown coverage.
Man the hotline on a rotational basis.
Person Specifications
Life Science degree or equivalent
Technical ability and experience in fault diagnosis
Strong electro-mechanical background
Ability to use the instruments and show how they are used.

£45,000 – £52,000
