Role Overview
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of GC-MS systems across the UK and occasionally in Europe (1–2 trips per month).

Role Requirements
Travel to customer sites to install and configure GC-MS instrumentation
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
Deliver responsive support and technical solutions to customers
Maintain accurate records of service and performance
Ensure optimal operation and user satisfaction at each site
Person Specifications
Experience with GC-MS, LCMS, or HPLC is essential
Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Self-motivated and comfortable with regular travel
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Package
£40,000 – £50,000 basic
£2,000 annual bonus
Pension – 4%
