Role Overview
Under general supervision of the EMEA Service Manager, you will be working in the German service lab in Aachen.
The job will be mainly concerned with the servicing, repair and calibration of particle counters and wider analytic instruments. However, there will be scope to work with other instruments from time to time.

Role Requirements
· Assess the customers instruments on arrival into the service lab.
· Keep records, both is SAP and other systems, of all operations carried out.
· Carry out service, repairs and calibrations to customers instruments following in house work procedures.
· Communicate well with other members of the service team, to help provide efficient service to our customers.
· Completes other assignments and special projects as requested.
Person Specifications
· Experience servicing/repairing lab instrumentation is desirable.
· 2 years in the instrument service sector is essential.
· Electronic qualification is desirable
Core Skills:
· Good computer literacy, accuracy is of paramount importance here.
· Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
· Good analytical, decision making, problem solving and research skills
· Fluent English language, both spoken and written.
