Statistician

Are you experienced in biological statistics and looking to join a global Healthcare Diagnostics company?
My client is seeking a Statistician to join their Healthcare Diagnostics business in a remote position. As a statistician, you will serve as a subject matter expert in biological statistics to support a variety of activities related to the manufacture of automated immunoassay products. This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse team and utilise your statistical experience in a range of areas.
What will you be doing?
• Applying statistical methods to collect, organize, analyse and interpret data and apply statistical principles to design and analyse multi-variable experiments.
• Prepare reports to document statistical outputs.
• Develop processes and tools to support site operations with regard to statistical matters.
• Educate staff on the use of statistical techniques and how they can apply to routine activities.

Who are my client looking for?
• someone with a degree in statistics
• someone with proficiency with statistical packages (SAS, SPSS, RStudio, Minitab)
• someone with at least 2 years of experience working with biological statistics
• someone who is able to translate data into real-life applications and explain it to and teach other members of their team
