Role Overview
My client are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Strategic Account Manager who will be responsible for the development and retention of key Private Hospital Groups and main University Public Hospitals, in multiple European countries, effectively communicating the value proposition of the products, educating key decision makers and collaborating closely with the European Sales and Clinical teams.

Role Requirements
– Develop and nurture long-term relationships with Private Hospital Groups, mainly University Public Hospitals and Third-Party Customers-Companies
– Lead the European Tender and Contract Department, currently consisting of two employees
– Create market demand for Fujifilm Sonosite products by networking throughout the facility with the intent of moving from the executive level downward throughout the institution
– Prospecting the market identifying and establishing new channels of sale with new and existing customers
– Maximize multiple system sales opportunities within the given account resulting in attainment of established revenue goals
– Work with the Country Sales Managers and the Europe Clinical Manager to develop strategic and tactical plans to effectively manage and increase sales within the accounts
– Actively manage new and existing client relationships via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
Person Specifications
BA or BS in business administration, health care administration or life sciences.
Previous medical capital equipment and ultrasound sales experience is preferred.
Experience managing a high volume of capital equipment sales opportunities
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Advanced level of English and knowledge of another European language, such as German, French, Spanish or Dutch is preferred
Strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Willing to travel within UK, Spain, France, Belgium, Germany and/or other countries (including outside Europe) when required.
