Zenopa are recruiting for a Strategic Business Manager working in an Interventional Specialties division

TITLE – Strategic Business Manager
PRODUCTS – Interventional Specialties Range
TERRITORY – Midlands

WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
· Driving accelerated sales growth through Strategic Partnership accounts.
· Set out a Strategic Partnership Accounts strategy for the Midlands/Central Territory.
· Build relationships with Senior Stakeholders to establish Strategic.
· Manage large, complex, multi stakeholder projects to drive sales.
· Build commercial excellence and execution within Private Healthcare groups.
· Management of bids/contracts/tenders – assisting and acting as advisor to sales teams.
· Relationship management – both internal and external customers.
· Liaise and negotiate with procurement hubs/national channels for inclusion of BD Interventional products on framework agreements.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be hardworking, positive, and enthusiastic with a proven successful record in medical sales. On top of this you will have the following skills and experience:
· Demonstrate ability to form lasting customer relationships across a broad section of healthcare professionals, and their management, and recognise their level of their influence as a decision maker.
· An experienced negotiator with ability to achieve collaboration. The incumbent must also have demonstrated networking skills and positive communication.
· Demonstrable business skills, high familiarity with analytical tools and comfortable with driving accountability.
· Management/Senior Sales background (Senior Territory Manager / Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager) in the medical device industry and able to understand multiple technologies in sufficient depth to talk at senior levels.
· Evidence of the ability to lead partners internally and externally, by influence and example, with a solid understanding of the UK Healthcare landscape.
