A highly recognised and respected Healthcare Advertising agency are searching for a Studio Traffic Manager to join their creative team based in Windsor. The role of the Studio Traffic Manager will be to support and manage the studio workflow, oversee all resource management in line with both budget and brief while also having experience working hands on with creative deliverables.
They help their clients on projects such as conferences, branding & advertising and they have an inhouse studio and a team of creatives helping deliver the work.
Role Requirements
The role of the Studio Traffic Manager will be to support and manage the studio workflow, oversee all resource management in line with both budget and brief while also having experience working hands on with creative deliverables.
The Studio Traffic Manager is an exceptionally important role as the successful applicant will effectively be responsible for all projects briefed into the studio and will be the key point of contact in regard to the review and management of timesheets, POs, contracts, deadlines, planning and workflows.
Manage, track and assess deadlines for studio output while assisting in the development and delivery of creative strategies ensuring implementation across all touch points meets all brief requirements.
Manage, support and guide members of the creative team to ensure standards and deadlines are met..
Schedule, report on and manage multiple projects
Have basic creative / design skills in order to tweak any work that needs minor amendments in order to minimise disruption to work flow.
Person Specifications
Have 2+ years of Traffic / Resource Management experience within an agency environment
Experience working with Designers and Creatives
Project management
Knowledge of design for web processes and techniques.
Experience in a design environment, in a supervisory position
Ability to pre-plan, anticipate and manage project related risks and challenges
Ability to work within Brand guidelines and consistently interpret them viable solutions
Ability to take a brief and allocate appropriate resource to deliver it effectively.
Good knowledge of design / marketing industries
Experienced in presenting reports and providing insight through in-depth analysis of timelines / budgets etc
Attention to detail is essential.
