Role Overview
The Supply Chain Officer will be supporting the Supply Chain Manager to ensure efficient Supply processes within the company
Company Information
This company are a high-performing and well-established Healthcare & FMCG manufacturer that operates across the fast-moving consumer goods market. They have Several OTC brands performing well into Pharmacy / Grocery accounts with relationships across Tesco’s, Asda’s, and Boots.
Role Requirements
Adjust production schedules and coordinate with suppliers to meet customer delivery deadlines.
Plan the delivery of finished products and support efficient distribution.
Create import and export documents in Excel and input data into SAP.
Ensure product quality by addressing damage and shipping issues promptly in coordination with various warehouses.
Respond quickly and appropriately to customer orders and inquiries.
Input, collect, and analyze sales-related data, and prepare reports for internal use.
Handle consumer complaints and arrange for the shipment of replacement products.
Coordinate with couriers to ship samples and order office supplies as needed.
Person Specifications
The person has minimum of 2 years of practical experience in SCM, logistics, or related fields.
Experience using SAP systems or supply chain management software is preferred.
Data Analysis and reporting skills: Proficiency in Excel.
Ability to efficiently plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects by paying attention to details and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English(business level) to manage international supply chains
