Technical Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
Working on all core marketing disciplines including web-based content, content marketing, copywriting, print, digital, social media, direct marketing, promotional marketing, project and supplier management, and marketing planning to help deliver engaging campaigns

Role Requirements
– Maintaining the company brand in all marketing initiatives and supporting the go-to-market strategy for new product launches.
– Executing promotional activities as per the company’s content calendar plan.
– Supporting the internal marketing strategy, including the monthly publication of the company’s internal newsletter.
– Maintaining the upkeep of our company website to enhance the user experience.
– Monitoring the company’s social media accounts, distributing website and social media analytics to managers.
– Assisting with the development of materials such as brochures, presentations, emails, infographics, videos, and newsletters.
– Supporting the company’s attendance at events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
– Liaising with external agencies, when appropriate, to support press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials
– Helping to organize market research, including the creation, sourcing and utilization of key focus groups and questionnaires.
– Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain accurate records.
– Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity.
Person Specifications
Skills and qualifications required for the position
– Degree qualified in a science-based subject.
– Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
– Strong proofreading and copywriting abilities.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Experience of using metrics for reporting and performance purposes.
– A flexible approach to work.
