Role Overview
Based in Cambridge, you will support their field-based colleagues to strengthen relationships with existing business and drive new sales across the region.

Zenopa are partnered with a distributor of specialist life science research products. Their goal is to identify companies that develop innovative technologies and to bring these products to life science researchers in academic and industrial organisations in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Our innovative and reliable products, combined with the efficient logistics and customer services that we offer, help our customer achieve their research goals and make breakthrough discoveries in a wide range of life science research areas.
Role Requirements
Contribute to business growth in this region of at least 10% per year.
Keep in contact with customers, demonstrating a confident telephone manner.
Assist in the management of opportunity pipelines from initial enquiries to close of business across the full product range including reagents, instruments and biospecimens and diagnostic products.
Deal with in-bound sales enquiries, helping to convert these into further conversations about the wider portfolio.
Serve as a direct link between the field sales team and the other office-based teams.
Take part in sales team campaigns to promote key products and services.
Person Specifications
A life sciences degree with some practical laboratory experience.
A strong interest in pursuing a career in life science sales.
Enthusiasm to learn new skills including sales techniques.
Excellent communication skills: via telephone, email, and video calls.
High level of self-motivation.
Ability to plan, co-ordinate and implement activities effectively.
