Role Requirements
Hit your numbers: Consistently meet or exceed agreed sales targets.
Own your portfolio: Take charge of selling a defined range of high-value, high-tech products — both directly to customers and via trusted channel partners.
Build strong relationships: Create and nurture positive, long-term connections with customers and stakeholders.
Spot opportunities: Proactively follow up on inbound leads, uncover new prospects, and champion the brand in every interaction.
Keep it tight: Use HubSpot to manage your pipeline, track deals, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and support to maximize results.
Know your market: Monitor your territory for trends, track activity, and stay sharp on market developments.
Support where it counts: Provide technical guidance and field support to channel partners when needed.
Stay competitive: Gather and report insights on competitors and market shifts to help shape strategy.
Person Specifications
– Life science degree
– Results driven self-starter, able to work on own initiative
– Demonstrated sales experience
– Good interpersonal skills
– Full UK driving licence
Package
– BONUS – 20% of base uncapped – paid quarterly
