Role Overview

Position: Technical Sales Specialist
Territory: South UK
Location: South UK (M4 Corridor focus), with 60-80% travel across the region.

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll build strong customer relationships, manage accounts, and drive new business opportunities. With frequent site visits and customer demonstrations, you’ll play a key role in showcasing our industry-leading temperature control solutions.

Role Requirements

Sales Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their requirements are met with our high-quality products.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue sales opportunities through calls, emails, and research.
Quotations: Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions.

Person Specifications

Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within a technical or industrial sector.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build lasting relationships.
Attributes: Self-driven, results-focused, and capable of working independently.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with temperature control systems is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively (60-80% of the time).

Package

Salary: Up to £64,000 (based on experience).
Bonus Scheme: Uncapped (approx. £12,000 – £18,000).
