This will primarily involve direct customer meetings, whether in person or virtually using platforms like Teams and other remote applications.

Role Requirements
– Collaborate with the Technical Sales Manager and UK Sales Manager to devise strategies for boosting sales and showcasing new products.
– Manage opportunity pipelines for products, handling inquiries from start to close.
– Address incoming sales inquiries promptly and convert them into discussions about Cambridge Bioscience’s product portfolio.
– Participate in corporate campaigns to promote key products and services.
– Conduct effective instrument demonstrations and installations.
– Provide monthly updates to the Business Management team on significant opportunities for reagents, instruments, and biospecimens.
Person Specifications
– Possession of a life sciences degree, along with either a PhD or substantial laboratory background.
– At least two years of field sales involvement in the life sciences domain.
– Demonstrated capability to collaborate within a team effectively.
– Strong self-motivation for promoting novel technologies.
– Proficiency in educating customers, customizing information, and managing sales opportunities.
– Outstanding communication abilities encompassing phone, email, video calls, and face-to-face interactions.
– Holds a valid driver’s license.
