Role Overview
Technical Sales Specialist (EMEA)
Represent the companies Structural Biology business divisions in a customer facing role. Maintain, build, and grow the revenue within the EMEA territory by engaging with academic and industrial customer base.

– Perform face-to-face visits to prospects and customers within UK and across Europe
– Attend conference and trade shows within UK and across Europe
– Reply to customer inquiries in a timely manner
– Prospect and qualify new sales leads
– Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
– Create and present technical and product information at conferences and webinars
– Maintain a well-developed pipeline of sales opportunities
– Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
– Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Person Specifications
Required:
BSc in Life Science related discipline (preferably Structural Biology)
Laboratory experience in Structural Biology, Crystallography and/or Cryo-EM
Preferred
PhD in Life Science related discipline (preferably Structural Biology)
Sales or commercial work experience within a Life Science company
PhD or BSc in Life Science discipline.
UK or European driving license
Ability to travel across the UK and Europe
