Role Overview
As a Technical Support Expert, you will be the primary contact for their distributor in the Middle East and Belgium playing a key role in supporting their Field Service Engineering Teams with your expertise. Your responsibilities will include assisting with interventions, providing training, and offering direct support to field personnel. Full training is provided!

Role Requirements
Provide technical support to Middle East distributors, escalating and coordinating with RSMs as needed.
Train and mentor new Field Service Engineers.
Develop training guides and expertise documentation
Implement a structured and rolling support system for distributors.
Offer guidance and assistance related to MIR (Machine Incident Reports), risks, and vigilance procedures.
Support the development of tools to enhance stock management efficiency.
Person Specifications
3+ years as a Field Service Engineer working on HPLC, Diagnostics or Medical equipment
Fluency in English and French is Ideal
Comfortable with frequent traveling across Belgium and the Middle East
Strong customer support experience is preferable
