Role Overview
You will manage customer accounts, resolve contract issues, and provide performance reviews and KPI reports. Your role also involves identifying business development opportunities, protecting existing business, driving growth, and collaborating with internal teams for effective planning and contract management.

Role Requirements
Provide day-to-day account management and resolve contract issues for customers.
Deliver reviews and KPI performance reports.
Coordinate the resolution of technical service, product, and application support issues.
Identify and deliver business development opportunities while protecting existing business.
Drive growth through business development and diversification.
Plan, forecast, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional team members.
Manage contracts effectively.
Person Specifications
Hold a full UK driving licence.
Previous Account Management or Sales experience (in the In Vitro Diagnostic industry).
Experience working in the diagnostics space.
General knowledge in MS Office products.
Self-motivated mentality.
Complex data analysis.
Negotiation skills.
