Exciting opportunity for a Biomedical Scientist/ experienced salesperson seeking a commercial scientific role for a leading healthcare company.
Role Requirements
· Ensure that sales and gross margin targets are achieved.
· Ensure that placement target is met for each system.
· Ensure visit analysis targets are met.
· Maintain up to date records for all Key Prospects.
· Carry out customer visits.
· Ensure that all tenders for your area are submitted by the correct date.
· Ensure that customer records are kept up to date.
· Ensure that all company equipment is kept in a clean condition.
· Attend all meetings as required by the company.
Person Specifications
· BSc Biomedical Science or Biological based subject
· Laboratory experience either gained through a PhD or 2+ years’ post degree laboratory experience working as a Biomedical Scientist, Clinical Scientist or in a laboratory.
· Experience using ELISA/immunological or related techniques.
· Excellent communication skills and understanding of scientific sales.
· Sales experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
