Territory Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE
The Territory Manager will undertake tasks and responsibilities associated with sales within designated territory as nominated by the Managing Director with the objective of achieving or surpassing the sales target set.

Founded over 20 years ago, the business is now one of the specialist suppliers of the most innovative and contemporary orthopaedic products to the UK health sector. They are recognised as one of the leading suppliers of hand, foot, and regenerative products.

Role Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These will include the following listed below and other duties may be assigned depending on the needs of the business:
– Promote and sell all products within the nominated UK territory
– Attend surgery and support both theatre and hospital staff as required
– Achieve the sales forecast
– Provide a monthly report on target accounts
– Provide a monthly report of major events relating to the territory under your management
– Maintain adequate records of account or potential account contact history
– Work with the Customer Services Department on hospital requirements for short term consignments and the installation/management of accounts with long term consignment

Skills and experience:
Essential:
– Excellent track record in orthopaedic theatre sales and support in medical device sector
– Demonstrable over-achievement of targets
– Managed own territory
– Full UK driving licence (preferably clean)

Desirable:
– Orthopaedic extremity sales experience
– ODP or Physio background
– Medical based degree

Package

Salary negotiable depending on experience
Uncapped commission
