Role Overview

They are seeking an experienced Territory Manager for the Yorkshire, Humber and Lincs region. This is an exciting opportunity, where you will have fully responsibility and ownership in developing and supporting the transition of newly acquired products, alongside established products in the market, as well as supporting the launch of new and unique products.

Role Requirements

The purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently increase volume and market share through sales of the portfolio of products. It is essential that good customer relationships are built and maintained, and that the territory is well segmented, and well covered.

Key Responsibilities:
– Achievement of sales targets relative to the portfolio
– Presenting products and services to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
– Effective territory planning at customer and account level, along with segmentation of the business
– Education of customers on the features and benefits of each product, relative to their requirements
– Promotional activity at local, regional and national exhibitions and sponsorship opportunities
– Work with the Clinical Support person and Marketing team to ensure support is delivered where applicable

Knowledge and Skills:

– Experience within a theatre environment
– Knowledge of gynaecology and women’s health would be desirable
– Strong core sales skills ( Prospecting, Opening Skills, Stakeholder engagement and Mapping, Qualification & Investigation, Preparation, Demonstration, Negotiation & Acquisition, Closing Skills, Objection handling, Presentation Skills)

Competitive basic salary
Car allowance – 950 p/m
Bonus – 40% of basic salary
