This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join a niche orthopedic distribution company, who has seen extremely strong growth since the start.
Role Requirements
Job description
· The Territory Manager will run his own territory and will be given any back-up needed by the head office
· The Territory Manager will have an Associate Territory Manager reporting to them and providing support on region
· The current territory generates strong revenue and is an integral part of the company
· Training will given by experienced staff, as well as site visits if need be
· Your Clients: Orthopaedic consultants, nurses and theatre staff will be given any training needed as well as visits to Champion Surgeons of the suppliers.
Person Specifications
Profile
· Existing and proven relationship with orthopaedic consultants, nurses and theatre managers
· Strong knowledge of existing solutions on the market – ability to compare benefits and disadvantages of each one, keep up to date on products
· Must have orthopaedical sales experience – preferably in the extremities market
· Self starter, highly energetic and motivated, willing to take the company forward
· Proven track record of sales
