Role Overview
We are seeking a field-based Territory Manager to join our thriving UK subsidiary. The ideal candidate would reside on territory and have a proven track record for building relationships and meeting sales targets.

Role Requirements
– Calling on existing/new customers and generating increased sales via significant “on territory” travel
– Develop an in-depth technical understanding of AO’s product portfolio and how it applies to the orthodontic office
– Achieve monthly/quarterly agreed individual sales targets
– Conduct product demonstrations/presentations which help articulate AO’s value proposition to its customers
– Receive on-going training, support and coaching from your supervisor
– Occasional international travel to sales meetings and trade shows
Person Specifications
– Experience and proven track record in a sales environment
– Self-motivated and goal oriented
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
– Passionate about sales and delighting the customer
– Team player who is energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills and highly organised with a strong attention to detail
