Role Requirements
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
Develop an excellent knowledge of the product portfolio and related devices.
Provide service to clinical customers, including:
Case planning and support
Be present in the OR to assist staff in achieving successful outcomes using vascular devices
Daily customer contact
Execution of product roll-outs
Present new technologies
Uncover opportunities within accounts
Provide technical product training to clinical customers and the team on the use of medical devices as required.
Communicate developments and trends within the product portfolio to the Regional Business Manager, Commercial Business Manager, and Account Specialists.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to the division in a timely manner.
Seek and evaluate new product ideas and share them with the Sales Manager, account manager, while facilitating ongoing communication.
Ensure all new or updated product information is communicated and understood by customers and the team.
Participate in relevant local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures, forwarding information to the divisional team.
Provide written reports to the Regional Business Manager as required.
Person Specifications
Relevant experience in clinical support is desirable.
Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures is desirable.
Ability to interpret clinical data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of self-motivation.
Proficient in Microsoft® Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
Proven problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organisational and networking skills.
Strong numerical skills.
A valid driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively for business, with an average of 3 to 4 overnights per week.
Package
Targets – 5% growth of products/ territory
Bonus is split, quarterly based on team performance
Bi- annually based on personal performance
Capped at circa £45,000
Car – lease for 6 months, then list, car policy on contract
