Territory Manager
Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing existing relationships, and providing in-person product demonstrations to clinicians.

With operations spanning multiple continents, they support a global user base with innovative, user-focused products.
Role Requirements
Drive sales growth across assigned territory through new business development and account management.
Conduct product demonstrations with dentists, surgeons, and other clinical users.
Attend exhibitions and support promotional events.
Collaborate with internal teams including inside sales, clinical trainers, and UK leadership.
Manage pipeline and reporting, with performance measured by lead-to-demo and demo-to-sale conversions.
Person Specifications
Ideal- Dental sales experience, working an active SW UK territory with strong clinician relationships.
Closely Matched -Former dental nurse with some proven sales or commercial experience.
Will consider – Medical sales experience (non-dental), based on patch with strong client-facing skills.
Comfortable with in-practice selling and face-to-face demos.
Based within or near the territory, with willingness to travel and occasional overnight stays.
Package
Uncapped bonus, paid quarterly.
£650/month car allowance.
