Role Overview
This position is field based, with a primary call point of hospitals, with a particular focus in and around the operating rooms and delivery suites. This is an exciting opportunity, where you will have fully responsibility and ownership in developing and supporting the transition of newly acquired products, alongside established products in the market, as well as supporting the launch of new and unique products.

Role Requirements
The purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently increase volume and market share through sales of the portfolio of products.
Key Accountabilities
o Achievement of sales targets relative to the portfolio
o Presenting products and services to both Clinical and Non-Clinical stakeholders
o Education of customers on the features and benefits of each product, relative to their requirements
o Effective territory planning at customer and account level, along with segmentation of the business
Person Specifications
Qualifications/Knowledge & Skills
o Experience within a theatre environment
o Knowledge of gynaecology and women’s health would be desirable
o Strong core sales Skills – Prospecting, Opening Skills, Stakeholder engagement and Mapping, Qualification & Investigation, Preparation, Demonstration, Negotiation & Acquisition, Closing Skills, Objection handling, Presentation Skills.
o Business and Opportunity Planning
o Territory Management
o Strong efficient closing ability

Strong base salary
40% bonus of salary
£950pm car allowance
