Territory Manager
Role Overview
You will manage a key surgical territory, building strong relationships with clinicians and theatre teams while driving sales across soft tissue, imaging, and resection product lines.

Role Requirements
Manage a key territory (Bedfordshire & surrounding areas) focused on soft tissue shoulder & knee, imaging & resection, and minor hip/elbow procedures.
Build trust and deliver exceptional service to consultant surgeons, theatre teams, and procurement stakeholders.
Work standard Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend support for complex cases.
Person Specifications
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in orthopaedics.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and orthopaedic surgical procedures.
CRB/DBS check required.
Emotional intelligence & communication skills – essential for building strong surgeon relationships.
Proactive, hardworking self-starter – someone who adds value beyond sales.
Experience:
Highly desirable: SportsMed orthopedic sales.
Desirable: General orthopedic sales (with willingness to learn).
Open to candidates willing to relocate to the territory.
