Territory Manager
Role Overview
This role focuses on selling gynaecology and women’s health surgical products into hospitals across the North West and North Wales, working primarily within operating theatres and delivery suites. You will take ownership of a defined territory, managing accounts across clinical and procurement-led environments.
Performance will be measured through sales revenue, account growth, and the successful transition of products into routine clinical use. The purpose of the role is to increase volume and market share through structured territory planning, consistent account coverage, and strong relationships with key clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

The business operates closely with clinicians and healthcare systems to support safe, effective procedures and service delivery. Its approach combines product quality with practical clinical engagement, education, and reliable support across both NHS and private healthcare environments.
Role Requirements
Achieve agreed sales targets across the portfolio, driving sustainable territory growth.
Deliver defined non-sales objectives that support account development and wider business goals.
Present products and services to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, including theatre teams and procurement.
Operate effectively across NHS and private healthcare settings.
Apply a working understanding of the NHS, including revenue flows and third-party supply chains.
Educate customers on product features and benefits, aligning solutions to clinical needs and service requirements.
Person Specifications
Qualifications / Knowledge & Skills
Experience selling into operating theatres.
Knowledge of gynaecology and women’s health is desirable.
Strong core sales skills, including prospecting, stakeholder mapping, qualification, preparation, demonstration, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
Experience in business and opportunity planning.
Proven territory management capability.
Strong and efficient closing ability.

Package
Basic salary: £55,000.
£950 per month car allowance.
Bonus: up to 40% of basic salary, with accelerators and opportunity to exceed OTE.
Pension: 8%.
BUPA health insurance.
Lunch allowance: up to £10 per day.
