Role Overview

The position will be responsible for establishing, cultivating and maintaining sales potentials by actioning set strategies and plans to introduce new products, maintain current business and seek new business opportunities.
This will require the building of trusting relationships with new and existing customers across the Territory. The customer base will span across the NHS, private hospitals, veterinary, University, environmental, pharmaceutical, food and water and Biotech laboratories.

Our client have offices in the UK, Canda and USA and they distributes as well as manufactures products within the immunodiagnostics area.

Their mission is to provide high quality, cost effective immunodiagnostic products and biological reagents to hospitals, private medical laboratories, veterinary laboratories, and other biological investigative laboratories.

Role Requirements

· Responsible for the performance and development of accounts
· Developing business plans with the senior management and a sales strategy for the market launch of new products
· Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
· Assist for effective search of sales leads, product launches and prospects
· Maintain accurate and timely records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted using the company CRM system
· Maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
· Attend appropriate sales exhibitions in the UK on all sales territories

Person Specifications

· BSc degree qualification in Biomedical Science or similar.
· Have proven experience in/or understanding of Microbiology, Virology or Molecular Biology methods.
· Full British Driving Licence.
