Territory Sales Manager
Role Overview
The company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager (London) who will act as the face of the company and the link between the company and healthcare professionals in both the NHS and private practices. You’ll also have some key responsibilities as a Regional Product Specialist for certain parts of the portfolio across the South East.
You will visit and build relationships with new and existing customers, provide portfolio product-related educational information, offer informed product-specific advice, demonstrate the practical operation of specialist orthopaedic and ultrasonic products, and promote the value of our rheumatology, orthopaedic, ultrasonic, and ophthalmology products in order to achieve your personal sales targets and increase the company’s revenues and market share.

Role Requirements
You will be required to:
1. Develop excellent product and industry knowledge (including selling skills and understanding the complexities of the NHS structure)
2. Gather information on current markets, competitor activity and account status
3. Promote all our portfolio of products to customers in both the NHS and private practice, in order to achieve quarterly territory targets
4. Initiate, organise and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
5. Negotiate pricing and agreements across a matrix of departments within healthcare services
6. Build and maintain relationships with customers
7. Attend conferences and exhibitions
Person Specifications
Person Specification
Required (Preferred) Skills:
– Bachelor of Science (or other relevant) degree (Preferred)
– Account management or pharmaceutical / Medical Device sales experience (Required)
– ABPI examination. (Preferred)
– An ability and desire to learn (Required)
– Bright, ambitious and highly motivated (Required)
– Confident in a customer facing capacity (Required)
– Punctual and highly organised (Required)
– A self-starter and able to work independently from a home office (Required)
– Excellent English language and presentation skills (Required)
– Excellent numeracy skills (Required)
– Good knowledge and navigation of the Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
– Clean driving license (Required)
Package
The benefits and remuneration package consists of a £600 p/m car allowance, and a very achievable, and uncapped bonus structure that guarantees on target performance of £10k P.A. For talented and ambitious sales professionals, this bonus figure could realistically be doubled, and there are no performance related bonus caps.
