Territory Sales Manager
Role Overview
This Territory Manager is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets and customer service satisfaction across the North of the UK, through the effective selling and promotion of the company’s products, solutions, activities, and services to existing and potential new customers.

Role Requirements
– Drive profitable sales growth and maximise sales revenue across the North UK by developing, maintaining, and advancing existing accounts and prospects through the sale and promotion of products and solutions.
– Establish and maintain relationships with clients and provide a great customer experience by acting as a strategic business partner to existing customers by focusing on customers’ growth goals.
– Generate potential leads and achieve new business targets by proactively identifying, targeting, and converting prospect accounts in the North UK.
– Prepare and maintain territory business plans, sales forecasts, and a sales promotion activity. Assess and adjust the forecast when necessary.
– Communicate effectively with other members of sales team and also the backoffice team, for example, but not limited to a close collaboration with the Marketing department to support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives.
– Attend and represent the company at customer events as required, including regional events and trade shows.
– Effectively and efficiently leverage education events to develop existing customers, build brand loyalty and gain new customers.
Person Specifications
– 3+ years of sales experience. Knowledge of the dental industry is an advantage, ideally from the implant industry.
– Full driving license and the ability to travel (domestic) in order to do business
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
– Strong oral and written communications, including presentation skills
– Able to deliver highly complex information in clear, structured, and compelling manner.
– Capable of working in a collaborative manner with other team members as well as independently.
– Maintains integrity, high ethics, and professional codes of conduct at all times.
