Role Overview

This role will develop your sales skills and experience within medical devices through contribution to the sales function of the Regional Sales Team as directed by the Regional Sales Manager and senior colleagues. This will be through a variety of tasks and responsibilities which will evolve and develop in complexity as the Trainee moves through their bespoke training programme with the aim of transitioning to the next stage of the sales training plan as an Associate.

Role Requirements

Youll be selling general products for the practice of Endoscopy. This includes
• Urology, gynae and general surgery instruments, alongside the imaging equipment associated with these disciplines
• Endoscopy and imaging devices
• Arthroscopic equipment and related imaging devices

Selling locations include NHS & private healthcare hospitals, consultant clinicians, procurement, management, sterile services and medical electronics.

Person Specifications

The client is ideally looking for someone who is educated to a degree level and has some sales experience. Alongside this, general customer service, leadership and organisation skills are an essential.

Package

The base salary for this role is £26,500 with a £5k bonus within the first year. Alongside this, there is a generous package which includes a company car. Great company progression with in-depth first year of products and sales training, followed by good progression within the business to managing and developing your own territory.
