Role Overview
To support with the new business unit, Zenopa’s client are looking to recruit a highly motivated, passionate and credible individual to take on the role of UK Sales Manager. This senior opportunity allows home-based working, with the responsibility for covering the UK market.
With the main focus of adding value to market development and sales strategy in order to drive business, this role will be a rewarding and varied opportunity.

The business has recently secured the exclusive UK distribution rights with a leader in the development, production and commercialisation of pharmacogenetics tests for precision medicine and cancer.
Role Requirements
Promotion, sales strategy and final sales of the product line within the UK.
Lead generation, defining clear customer development sales plans, meeting sales targets.
Secure and build positive long term relationships with all key customer groups to secure short, medium and long term business goals. Drive deal closure.
Act as a ‘product specialist’ with respect to the assigned product range.
Represent the company at trade shows to promote the products and increase brand awareness.
Other sales work related to this product line and others as the role develops.
Assist in-house sales, marketing, and service teams by providing support and knowledge of current market trends, competitor positioning, etc.
Provide continuous training and support to external customers and internal staff for the defined product portfolio.
Experience recruiting and retaining sales professionals, providing mentorship and coaching to optimise team performance.
Person Specifications
Extensive sales experience in fast-paced agile organisations
Proven track record in winning market share quickly for emerging new products and technologies.
Well networked in the UK within cancer diagnostic laboratories and relevant R&D facilities.
Strong track record of clinical diagnostic sales especially with NGS.
Package
Up to £100,000 basic
