Area: South West London & Surrey
Role:
To ensure our customer’s equipment is available when required so that vital and potentially lifesaving procedures can be carried out. This is achieved by educating and persuading end users to improve the care and handling of a wide range of medical devices to prevent avoidable equipment damage.
Three key areas:
Account Management
Regularly visit all customers on your territory, build relationships based on trust and rapport and provide ongoing customer support.
Data Analysis
Analyse repair trends to provide bespoke support aimed at reducing repairs.
Training and Education
Delivering exciting and engaging training sessions to groups of 2 to 50 (groups of 4 to 10 is the norm) using various methods such as group activities, hands on sessions, games, formal presentations and quizzes.
As a key member of the department, you will be an integral part of an exciting and highly motivated team of field-based individuals focusing mainly on Endoscopes and Endoscopic Decontamination Equipment.
You will often be the first point of contact for our customers helping them through various situations which could ultimately affect the day to day running of the department and services offered to the patient. These types of issues include avoidable endoscope damage resulting in repairs, new starter training or understanding the correct method to clean an endoscope. In doing so effectively you will be helping ensure the delivery of vital medical procedures can continue wherever possible.
Profile:
– Experience in customer facing role
– Medical, technical or clinical experience (desirable)
– Training sector experiences (desirable)
