Role Overview

Our client is recruiting for a VP/Head of European Operations across EMEA markets to shape the company strategy, develop and build the Sales team and ensure high business targets are achieved.

Role Requirements

1. Sales strategy: execute regional level strategies for the sales team and ensure targets are met.
2. Europe Sales and Operations Work: Whilst working cross-functionally with the China team, ensure smooth operation of the whole European Sales team.
3. Team Management: Monitor direct reports to achieve business goals.
4. Cross colaboration with other departments: in particular with the Marketing team.
5. Other main duties: Includes market reasearch.

Person Specifications

Education: Master or above, prefer major in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or related
Experience: 10+ years of related experience in the field of Sales or Marketing in the healthcare industry
High business acumen
Able to secure big sales opportunities
Strong communication skills
