Discovery Park Collaborates to Create Lab for Start-up Life Science Companies

The latest shared lab space, CoLab, is now available at Discovery Park. CoLab, a joint coworking facility that offers adaptable workspace for early-stage life science start-ups, was created in collaboration with Canterbury Christ Church University.

For qualifying firms, Discovery Park is giving out free CoLab membership for up to six months. Life science companies can hire an individual bench space in a CAT 2 lab for up to two individuals with customisable terms, which includes availability to a write-up desk. With the use of a wide variety of specialised tools and an expert lab technician on staff, CoLab helps businesses grow and expand more quickly without requiring significant capital outlays.
