HuFriedyGroup Acquired by Peak Rock Capital

A subsidiary of renowned middle-market private equity company Peak Rock Capital said that it had concluded the prior disclosed purchase of STERIS plc’s dentistry division.

Established in 1908, HuFriedyGroup is a prominent worldwide producer of premium dental equipment, devices for preventing infections, tool management software, and conscious sedation.

With over 20 worldwide production sites and locations, the firm, which has its headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, employs roughly 1,500 people and serves clients in approximately 100 countries. The business is well-known in the field for its exceptional quality, wide range of products, effective workflow alternatives, and ergonomic equipment ideas.
