Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst
Role Overview
The Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst will be responsible for delivering routine and ad hoc KPI reporting as well as overseeing all systems that deliver or measure field force effectiveness. This will be a UK based position and my client offer flexibility with a split between office and home working.

Role Requirements
Duties will include:
Reports/analyses for Field Force, Area Business Managers, Marketing, Finance and senior management as required combining data from multiple sources
Sales force activity monitoring
Market Share analysis
Customer profiling
Oversee CRM systems
Person Specifications
Experience within a similar position ideally within pharma / healthcare
Highly proficient in using Excel
Ideally familiar in using UK pharmaceutical data
Experience in using Tableau and Power BI would be advantageous
