Sales Representative
Role Overview
As a Sales Representative you will be the key link between ourselves, the manufacturer and healthcare professionals in both the NHS and private practice. You will visit and build relationships with new and existing customers throughout your territory (and occasionally beyond), provide educational information and demonstrate the value of our orthopedic, rheumatology and ophthalmology products in order to achieve your personal sales targets and increase our market share.

Role Requirements
You will be required to:
1. Develop excellent product and industry knowledge (including selling skills and understanding the complexities of the NHS structure)
2. Promote our Orthopaedic and Ophthalmic products to customers in both the NHS and private practice (secondary care), in order to achieve quarterly territory targets
3. Negotiate pricing and agreements across a matrix of departments within healthcare services
4. Build and maintain relationships with customers whilst developing key accounts
5. Attend conferences and exhibitions both regionally, nationally and occasionally, internationally, providing expert guidance and information to delegates
6. Maintain your territory database
7. Work independently in the planning and organisation of your diary
8. Produce a monthly report summarising key areas of your activity
Person Specifications
Required Skills:
– Account management experience in any setting
– Confident in a customer facing capacity
– A self-starter and able to work independently and remotely from a home office
– Excellent English language and presentation skills
– Excellent numeracy skills
– Clean UK driving license
Desirable, but not essential:
– Bachelor of Science degree
– Some experience in a primary care or allied health care sales role
Package
Bonus – 20% (Uncapped on certain lines)
Car Allowance – £500 per month
