Cleanroom Supply Sales Leader- Flow Cleanrooms
Role Overview
The Cleanroom Supply Sales Leader role is a key member of the management team that will lead the company’s go-to-market strategy and sales operations team for the supplies division. You will be responsible for financial and customer satisfaction of supply solutions to any industries where high-end cleanroom supplies are needed such as pharmacy compounding, biotechnology, tissue processing, cell & gene therapy (CGT), semiconductor, aerospace, trace metals, and medical devices.
Role Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead sales and sales operations for all products in the supplies portfolio in North America
– Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies, tactics, and processes for supply product revenue growth.
– With a player-coach mindset, recruit, train, and lead the supply sales team with effective sales techniques and a customer-centric hunter mentality.
– Achieve and exceed margin, revenue, and booking targets.
– Foster a culture where growth, collaboration, and communication are a mindset.
– Monitor, evaluate, and manage sales team metrics and KPIs.
– Promote and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Use data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement and refine sales strategies.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure the sales team is aligned with company goals and objectives.
– Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss targets, performance, and strategies.
– Represent the company at meetings, customer sites, trade shows, and networking events.
Person Specifications
Education and experience:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
– Engineering, Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
– 5+ years’ experience in a sales or business development role with cleanroom-related consumables/supply product roles strongly preferred.
– 3+ years of team leadership experience with transactional consumable/supply sales cycles.
– Professional sales training like Sandler, SPIN, or Miller-Heiman a plus.
– Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 tools.
– Experience with managing sales quotas, forecasting, and achieving KPIs.
– Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Required Knowledge/Skills:
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of the supply/consumable sales process and techniques.
– Experience in managing a supply/consumable sales team.
– Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization (internal and external).
– Proven track record in meeting and exceeding financial targets.
– Ability to develop an understanding of product knowledge on all product lines and act as a technical consultant to prospective customers.
– Develop, build, and cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers/influencers in targeted customer organizations.
– Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies, and develop sales forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
Package
Base salary up to $150,000 dependent on experience
OTE $185k+ (uncapped)
