Role Overview

The role would work closely with the regional Account Managers providing case support and finding new opportunities.
Providing case support in the operating theatre.
Build relationship with key clients- surgeons, nurses and theatre staff in hospitals.

Role Requirements

· Building strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS & private medical sector – these include, hospitals consultants, junior doctor roles, theatre managers, scrub and nursing staff
· Help identify and create opportunities to grow the business in competitor accounts
· Take a creative and collaborative approach to new business development and to retain business for both current and future technologies that our client undertake
· Conducting trials and evaluations of product in theatre
· Providing in theatre product support
· Provide hands on product training and demonstrations for clinical staff
· Working effectively as a part of a team
· Attending, organising, and participating in key local and national events

Person Specifications

2. Ideally a background knowledge in theatre environment
3. Intrinsic motivation with a focus on delivering a quality service
4. Confidence and a desire to outperform expectations
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at building strong relationships
6. Commercial acumen, with a working knowledge of the NHS and experience in a theatre environment
7. Self-starter, highly energetic and motivated, willing to take the company forward
8. Highly organised with strong work ethics, and communication skills
