Role Overview
You will provide customer support in various operational, application and quality control areas around user training and customer usage, covering Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt & Saxony in Germany.

Role Requirements
Support customers and their colleagues on operational, quality control and application areas
Stay informed of new developments, improvements and regulations of their Products and being responsible for their implementation
During the installation, you assist and train the users on the their systems
Manage, coordinate and monitor all aspects relating to complaints handling
Person Specifications
3 years working experience in the field of histopathology
A good presentation & communication skills to meet the training & advising requirements
Degree related to Laboratory Education
Secondary Vocational Education or Higher Education with technical specialization
Have good command of German & English, both written and spoken
