DX Field Service Engineer

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain instruments at assigned sites, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure inventory levels of repair parts. Your role includes documenting customer interactions, resolving quality issues in collaboration with engineers, and keeping management updated on any developments.

Zenopa has partnered with a leading American medical technology company specializing in products for women’s health, diagnostics, and medical imaging. This company’s headquarters are in Marlborough, Massachusetts, and they focus on early detection and treatment of health conditions, particularly those affecting women.

Must be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be capable of multi-tasking, setting priorities and scheduling work activities.
Ability to resolve problems, think analytically and communicate professionally in high pressure, time sensitive, customer environments.
Willing to work flexible hours and overtime on short notice.
Position requires the ability to be “on call” after normal working hours.
Associate’s Degree or equivalent in electronics, computer science or related technical discipline is required.
