You will service and maintain scientific equipment across customer sites, supporting lab operations in the life sciences sector through field-based repairs, calibration, and infrastructure maintenance.

Role Requirements

Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and infrastructure support
Service refrigerated and non-refrigerated lab equipment including freezers, vacuum pumps, and lyophilizers
Assist other technicians and provide support for customer specialty equipment
Work in both field and shop environments
Participate in on-call and overtime work as needed

Person Specifications

5+ years of experience in scientific refrigeration, sterilization, or HVAC
Certification in HVAC or refrigeration
Experience using Microsoft Office
Ability to read and understand safety procedures, technical documents, and maintenance manuals
Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer and vendor interaction
