Field service Technician
Role Overview
We are trusted advisors in critical patient safety matters to our customers, so our technicians are rigorously trained as controlled environment subject matter experts for 6-18 months. After the first year, technicians are sponsored for accreditation by CETA, NSF and others to validate their competency.

Role Requirements
Perform testing, certification, maintenance, and troubleshooting of controlled environment equipment and cleanrooms in biotech, med-tech, and healthcare settings.
Travel to multiple customer sites daily to deliver on-site technical services and ensure equipment performance.
Diagnose issues and carry out repairs or adjustments in line with industry standards and client specifications.
Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions, providing clear communication and technical expertise.
Uphold excellent customer service standards to build trust and long-term relationships.
Person Specifications
NSF/ CETA/ NEBB certifications preferred but not required.
Demonstrated high integrity, work ethic, and professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to follow through on detailed instructions.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving and criminal record.
Electrical/mechanical experience, ideally in a field service job preferred.
