Role Overview

You will be responsible for installing, demonstrating, and supporting ultrasound systems to ensure optimal customer experience and clinical adoption across the territory.

Zenopa are excited to be recruiting for a global Point of Care Ultrasound company that are looking for a new Clinical Application Specialist to work across West Germany. They dedicate every day to the innovation and developing of imaging solutions that enable clinicians to provide improved healthcare in leading institutions.

Role Requirements

Install ultrasound systems on-site and provide customer training on product use.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to understand clinical needs and support the sales process.
Drive customer adoption and resolve any post-sale issues to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain strong customer relationships at existing client sites.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and refer these to the sales team.
Deliver clinical, technical, and educational support as needed.

Person Specifications

Background as an engineer or healthcare specialist.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Experience managing diverse and competing priorities effectively.
Ability to understand and balance clinical and commercial needs.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate customer feedback into product input.
