Customer Relationship Mgr
Role Overview
This is a field-based account management and sales role focused on developing relationships with veterinary practices and maximising commercial opportunities across an existing customer base.
Operating within a high-potential territory, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, increase product penetration and identify opportunities to grow sales across multiple product categories.

Working closely with veterinary practices across the UK, they help customers improve both clinical and commercial outcomes through an extensive portfolio of pharmaceuticals, consumables, equipment and business solutions.
Due to continued growth and an internal vacancy, they are looking to appoint a Customer Relationship Manager to manage a well-established territory across Scotland and North of England (Postcodes TBC)
Role Requirements
Managing all sales and customer relationship activities across your territory.
Building strong relationships with veterinary practices and wholesale customers.
Driving growth across pharmaceuticals, consumables, human medicines and related categories.
Increasing customer spend through effective account development and category management.
Planning and managing territory activity using CRM systems and sales data.
Delivering against agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Working collaboratively with internal teams to identify opportunities across the wider business.
Attending industry events, customer meetings and training programmes.
Person Specifications
Veterinary pharmaceutical sales experience.
OR
Veterinary industry sales experience.
Animal health sales experience within companion animal, equine or livestock sectors.
Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
Commercial awareness and a proactive sales approach.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Effective territory planning and organisational skills.
Confidence working independently in a field-based role.
Full UK driving licence.
