Regional Sales Manager
Role Overview
You will propel the commercial growth and brand awareness of our client, oversee the strategic implementation of business plans and coordinate with Inside Sales, FAS, and CS teams to maximize support for all business opportunities.

Role Requirements
You will be leading strategic planning of commercial activity to disrupt the existing NGS market.
You will be working with INSS, FAS and CS to identify and develop growth market opportunities within region.
You will deliver the agreed commercial targets for GridION and PromethION system.
You will ensure KOL customer relationships are maintained and developed as well as driving new customer connections.
You will undertake at least 50% of the travel.
Person Specifications
Prior experience as a field-based commercial professional and a talent for motivating remote teams to achieve high levels of performance.
Confident with engaging with customers and internal stakeholders across multi-disciplinary and international teams.
BSc (preferably in life sciences), knowledge of the genomics and life sciences field.
Familiar with CRM systems, commercially astute with the ability to work to budgets and a deep understanding of the sales process.
