Sales Representative
Role Overview
Responsible for generating and growing sales by selling equipment, software and imaging solutions to hospitals and individual clinics. The individual will develop professional relationships with customers and potential customers, to allow our client to be their sole source for equipment, parts, software and/or imaging solutions. The individual will be in charge of making key decisions on pricing, terms, logistics and other incentives, to successfully complete a profitable transaction.

Role Requirements
Manage the creation of quotes, sales agreements, and service contracts, tailoring each to customer needs while ensuring profitability, competitiveness, full documentation, and timely follow-up.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling service enquiries and providing ongoing support throughout and after the product realisation process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, software, IT solutions, emerging technologies, and the healthcare market, with a clear understanding of pricing, selling points, and competitive positioning.
Grow and manage the assigned sales territory by expanding into new departments, maintaining accurate contact lists, and actively following up on leads to understand customer requirements.
Improve the companys visibility in the market by attending regional trade shows and representing the business professionally.
Person Specifications
2+ Years Medical Imaging sales experience.
Personal Skills: Ability to be assertive and make decisions.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, keyboarding, and the internet. SAP experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Interpersonal, negotiation, telephone, writing and listening.
Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate need, identify options, and negotiate price.
Ability to work independently and make business related decisions.
The ability to lead and direct others/projects.
Problem solving.
Maintaining confidentiality.
Package
$100,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped commission.
Company Car provided (Post-probation period).
